ZIE MIJ (see me) is developed in response to the taboo that surrounds loneliness among the elderly, in commission of the Municipality of Eindhoven. Taboo breakthrough comes from the outside as well as from the inside. Both sides are united in ZIE MIJ.
Losing mobility is one of the reasons for elderly to become lonely. A product design team of the Haagse Hogeschool developed a solution for this issue: an elderly train compartment full of tools and products to make it easier for elderly to use public transport.
